Interim management means placing an experienced manager into your organization or project for a limited period. The interim manager takes responsibility for agreed tasks — for example leading a project, running operations or bridging a leadership vacancy — and hands over once the objective is reached or a permanent solution is in place.
We work with residential, commercial and mixed-use properties, including development and renovation projects, repositioning of existing assets and the day-to-day operation of property portfolios. The scope of each engagement is agreed in writing in advance.
It starts with an initial conversation about your situation and goals. We then review the available information and prepare a written proposal describing scope, responsibilities, timing and fees. Work begins only after both sides have agreed on that proposal.

Fees depend on the scope, duration and level of involvement required. Consulting work may be offered on a project or hourly basis, interim assignments typically on a day rate or monthly basis. You receive a clear written quote before any work begins.
